A customer called us asking for a woman named Melba with whom she, the customer, had just booked a 2 pm transport to Bush. The number she said she called off the Google ad site was 281-362-0323. She was irate when told there was no Melba in our company. When we called the number and asked for a Melba, the woman answering the phone hung up. Melba's number is at the top of the Google ad page and cut and pasted below it are our URL, our hours of operation, our 8 taxi company reviews as if belonging to this Melba's Flores' taxi company. All other information on this ad site is ours except the phone number at the very top of the ad. After calling Google today we were told the tactic is called "site hijacking"Melba refuses to help separate the two. She claims we hijacked her account. Comment on our blog page.
